Our 2nd floor (2 flights of stairs no elevator) fully equipped condo has room for families or groups of 6 with incredible unobstructed beach views. Situated first row across the street from the Gulf with beach access about a 1 minute walk directly in front of the condo. Amenities include grills and 2 pools. Centrally located on West Beach, just steps from dining, shopping and beach fun.

Important Policies:
No third-party bookings. The person booking must be present.
No pets allowed per HOA rules. This includes cats, dogs or animals of any kind. HOA security monitors our property and a $100 per pet per day fee will be assessed if animals are found on the property.
Max 6 guests and that includes babies and children. A $100 per day per guest fee will be assessed for more than 6 guests.
No refunds for inclement weather unless there is a mandatory evacuation. Travel insurance is recommended.

Our condo complex is making some exciting updates to walkways, stairways and balconies. While the main construction on our building is complete, you may still hear and see some construction/noise around the complex. Our pools and our beach access are open. We will keep you up to date of any changes via messages.
